About
Ivonne Ronderos founded DKOR Interiors in 2004 to offer personal design service with clear, open budgets. More than 20 years later, her North Miami firm designs homes and commercial spaces for clients across the United States and abroad.
On the residential side, her team designs art-forward condos and houses from Aventura to Miami Beach. Her team handles projects from apartment renovations to new construction, and Ronderos shapes each project around how the client wants to live. For commercial clients, the team designs hospitality and retail spaces. It has designed corporate offices and healthcare facilities. Ronderos follows no single house style; her team listens and learns before it designs.
The firm has earned Best of Houzz recognition on the Houzz platform. Ronderos partners with builders and vendors she trusts, and she promises you a straightforward budget with managed timelines. If you're renovating a condo and want art to lead the design, DKOR has two decades of Miami projects to show you.
