Q: What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver native Revit (.rvt) files as standard. We also provide IFC, NWC for Navisworks coordination, and PDF construction documents. If your team uses other platforms, we can export to additional formats.Q:

We model to any LOD from 200 through 400, depending on your project phase and needs. We'll discuss appropriate LOD during our kickoff to ensure the model serves your intended use.
Q: How long does a typical BIM project take?
Timeline depends on project size and complexity. A 20,000 sf commercial building typically takes 2-3 weeks from kickoff to delivery. We provide detailed schedules during our proposal phase.
Q: Can you work with our existing Revit templates and standards?
Yes. We adapt to your office standards, templates, and naming conventions. If you don't have established BIM standards, we can implement industry best practices for your team.
Q: Do you provide clash detection services separately?
Yes. We offer standalone clash detection and coordination services if you already have BIM models. We'll run interference checks using Navisworks and deliver detailed clash reports with resolution recommendations.
Q: What information do you need to start a project?
At minimum, we need architectural drawings (PDF or CAD), project specifications, and clarification on intended model use. Additional documents like structural and MEP drawings improve coordination accuracy.
Q: How do revisions work after delivery?
We include one round of revisions in our standard pricing. Additional changes are billed hourly or as change orders, depending on scope. We maintain your model files for future updates.
