We grouped the estimates by scope, recorded each publisher's 2026 value, and calculated a 2026 value from the publisher's own base figure and growth rate where a report gave none. Six of the eight 2026 values fall between $1,089.3 million and $1.8 billion. Two firms size the traditional SEO services market at $74.78 billion and $92.74 billion for 2025, far above any AI-optimization estimate. Each figure is one publisher's paywalled estimate.

The firms do not publish full methodologies outside their paid reports, so each estimate is a single-source figure.
