About

Before he opened studios in New York and Palm Beach in 2020, David Lucido served as lead interior designer for a private estate. That job had him managing residential and yacht projects around the world, along with restaurant work.

On his own, he consulted on The Mercer Hotel in SoHo, an André Balazs property. On Worth Avenue he designed the restaurant Le Bilboquet and the Carolina Herrera boutique, so you can walk into his work on a Palm Beach afternoon.

Architectural Digest named Lucido one of its New American Voices in 2022 and has toured one of his West Palm Beach houses. Elle Decor and 1stDibs Introspective have featured his projects, and Palm Beach Cottages & Gardens covered his Worth Avenue work. Cabana has published his rooms. From his two studios, he takes on residential and hospitality commissions in both cities. If you want a designer who moves between restaurants and private homes, Lucido brings both kinds of experience to your project.
